Completed in 2022 – IMAJ is a manufacturer of metal jewelry located in northern Thailand

To allow an increase of IMAJ production capacity, the owner has purchased a nearby building which had to be renovated. The renovation project included several wide production rooms, and office area, a canteen and a development center

As the project was requested to be LEED certified, the challenging part of the project was to provide solution matching with this certification. Among other, air-conditioning system performance, quality of materials (no VOC), accessibility of the building, etc.
