CIEE was one of Ventury’s first turnkey construction projects including Civil Works. Built from green field in a free trade zone, the building is made from reinforced concrete foundation (with piles), slab and columns, and a steel structure (truss) for roofing.
The building is cooled down with evaporative coolers which is a good compromise between ventilation (low cooling effect) and air conditioning (high running costs). These evaporative coolers are placed on the roof to save space around the building.
Machines energy supply is provided through a hanging wireway together with compressed air pipes. This system brings flexibility to customer to rearrange easily the production when needed.
